My Story

My journey… 

started in Palermo (Sicily) where even as a child, I had a strong passion for cooking. I was always the first to help my mother Rita and my father Salvatore in the kitchen after Sunday morning mass.

Growing up my best moments were when my dad, Salvatore, used to take me to discover different restaurants around Italy. He always wanted to find a better culinary adventure. This passion led him to travel the world, researching for superior food ingredients to reflect his style, distinctive flavors, and exclusivity providing for his family and friends an outstanding culinary adventure.

Gabriel’s Gourmet Foods began with the Italian tradition learned in his mother’s kitchen and his father culinary trips.  With creativity, the business has evolved by incorporating tastes from my travels around the world.  My passion is to visit the regions, meet the producers and to source the best quality ingredients to bring authentic Italian flavors to the American table.

I believes that an excellent meal is a pleasurable way to enjoy life.

Gabriele has worked with International Chefs and Hotel Managers from London to Sydney, Miami to Istanbul, Milano to Phuket and many others in between.

After the graduation in Marketing Management in Milan he decided to travel around the world learning from several fine dining restaurant and luxury hotels distinctiveness between the service concept, the value of the hospitality, how to select and determinate the most significant ingredients useful for his business.

Gabriel’s Gourmet is an exclusive concept and Private Label created with the vision to promote artisanal Italian Products and the most glamorous food of Italy. Gabriele is focused on constantly researching for superior food ingredients to reflect his style, distinctiveness flavors, and providing exclusivity for his clients.
